My solution was a shirt with two halves, one representing KC and the Western half of the state, and one representing St. Louis, and the eastern half of the state. The badge centers around an icon I designed to combine the iconic fountain emblem of Kansas City with the Fleur-De-Lis of St. Louis. The badge also incorporates the KC heart and the river pattern from the St. Louis flag. Unifying the state is a banner that reads “Show Me” the state nickname and unofficial Missouri motto. The shirt is split into two halves, the red half has sublimated Fleur-De-Lis patterns and represents St. Louis, while the blue half has sublimated hearts and represents KC.
