The team at O&Y were really easy to deal with and work with when reordering our 2022 Mafia jerseys we designed with them. Even exceeded expectations a on the delivery times as well!

Our experience for our Supporters Group, Queen City Mafia (FC Cincinnati), has been an extremely positive one. Both myself and my colleague have been very impressed with the support during the design, manufacturing and delivery phase of the service and are very happy with the product we have received. WE CANNOT WAIT TO OFFICIALLY LAUNCH THESE ON SATURDAY! (Our final home game of the regular season!).

In fact, initially, when we first received our order (approx. 40+ jerseys), there had been some significant errors from teh design we had finalized and what we had received. The moment we shared the issue with O&Y, Michael and Aaron were on top of things, owned and explained where the breakdown had taken place (the manufacturing party of their jerseys) and even worked with us to improve the initial design to prevent any further issues and still managed to get the additional/improved shirts to us before our GOAL/Deadline. They even allowed us to keep the defects, which we will be donating at some point in the future.
