My buddy and I started CITY REFS in 2023 during St. Louis CITY SC’s inaugural season. What began as a joke quickly turned into something we never could’ve imagined. We decided to dress up as referees for one match just for fun and the response was unreal. Fans loved it. Since then, we’ve suited up as refs at every match and event. Along the way, CITY REFS has grown into more than just game-day outfits. We now host events with players from the team and have built a recognizable presence within the community. - Mando
