The Montana Volunteers are partnering with Olive and York on this limited edition "Big Sky Country" kit as a fundraiser for the Montana Human Rights Network.
Based on the popular license plate design of the 1990's this design by TimberFlynn incorporates many details that make it unique including the state's motto in the collar - "Oro y Plata", a skull outline inspired by Charles M. Russell on the base of the neck, and the Montana Volunteers' registered cattle brand as the club crest.
The shirt can be customized in many different ways. Supporters have the option of including the logo of 107IST Partner and Helena-located Headwaters Crafthouse as the shirt sponsor at no extra cost. For an additional fee, supporters can choose their name and number to place on the shirt or maybe their home county and license plate number. Finally, there are unisex, child, slim cut tapered sizes available at no extra charge.
All profits from the sales will go to the Montana Human Rights Network. The mission of the Montana Human Rights Network is to organize Montana residents to realize their power to create pluralism, justice, and equality in their communities. They challenge bigotry and discrimination, support marginalized people, and advocate for legislation that honors everyone’s basic rights. The Montana Volunteers is the regional supporters group for the Portland Timbers and the Portland Thorns in the state of Montana. The group is affiliated with the 107 Independent Supporters Trust, the Timbers Army, and Rose City Riveters and is honored to include both supporters groups' emblems on the shirt. Supporters of the players of both teams can wear the shirt at any time.
