Bring your vision to life. We are inviting creators and designers of all skill levels to turn their artistic ideas into reality by designing their own professional-grade sublimated jerseys.

Who Should Join?

Whether you are an established artist or an emerging creator, if you have design inspiration and working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, you are welcome to join. The more creative and innovative your concepts, the better!

Program Perks

Tier 1

  • Store Placement: Your design is published and available for sale directly on our website.

  • Marketing Boost: We will highlight your work with 3 dedicated social media promotions.

  • Commissions: Earn a $10 commission for every jersey sold.  Commissions are distributed on the 1st of every month via PayPal through the CollabPay platform.

Tier 2

  • Newsletter Feature: Your design will be featured in our official email newsletter, reaching our broader customer base.

  • Designer Page: Your entire portfolio of designs will be showcased on your own dedicated webpage on our site.

Tier 3

  • Design Buyout: We will purchase your design outright for a flat fee.

  • Exclusive Blast: A dedicated email newsletter focused entirely on you and your design portfolio.

  • Customer Discount: Customers will receive a custom discount to drive further sales of your design.

Design Parameters

To ensure all submissions align with our brand identity, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Theme: All designs must remain non-political and non-controversial.

  • Required Elements: The text "NAME 2026" must be included on the back of the jersey.

  • Collar Options: Designs must be formatted for crew collar, v-neck collar and polo collar.

  • Branding: The O&Y logo (3cm tall x 4cm wide) placed 10cm from horizontal seam x 17cm from collar seam

  • Production-Ready: All designs must include the following for high-quality printing:

    • Vector logo

    • Vector patterns

    • AI design file

    • Pantone Solid Coated v5 colors colors

Design Support

We offer our creators the following support:

  • Vectorization Services: We can assist in vectorizing AI-generated logos and other logos.
