Thanks for letting us know you love the jersey, aside from the front number. The original designer intentionally made it smaller, so unfortunately, it can't be enlarged at this point. It's actually one of our most popular jerseys. You brought up a great point, though. Enjoy the upcoming World Cup!

We're sorry to hear that you're dissappointed with the jersey. Per the photo of the back of the jersey and the 'Customize with a Number' box, the only thing that can be customized is the number. Some jerseys are like that, per the club that had them designed. Most can add a name & number, but unfortunately, not that one.
The heavyweight t-shirt was perfect for my recent trip to New Jersey to watch the Cosmos - it was cold outside and when I added the all black hoody, I felt warm and was able to get the job done!

I get that I said "pack it with hate", but that was painful. Nevertheless, I ordered a mystery kit, so it's on me. I found a couple of Tottenham supporters who are thin enough that they'll both fit in it simultaneously, and they've dubbed it "the cuddle kit", so at least someone got something positive out of all this.
That said, I've ordered many things from you before, and will again, just... SPURS, man.
