The first ever STL Santos soccer jersey, "La Playera Santos," is a vibrant embodiment of the spirit surrounding the first historic season of St. Louis CITY SC and the inaugural full season of STL Santos. The front of the jersey boasts three significant elements: the STL Santos luchador emblem, symbolizing the fighting spirit of the Latino community; a striking red band across the middle representing the passionate blood running through the veins of CITY supporters; and the St. Louis flag, serving as a reminder of unity and common purpose.
On the right sleeve, a fierce Balam, the jaguar protector of the underworld, stands as a symbol of the team's strength. The back of the jersey features the inspiring slogan "Somos Pasión" "We Are Passion" reminding fans to continuously cheer, not just during the game but before and after as well.
In a gesture of gratitude, the bottom back of the jersey and left sleeve pay homage to the invaluable support of Midwest BankCentre and Logboat Brewing Company, key partners instrumental in the success of our first year. Their contribution played a crucial role in sustaining our supporter group and fundraising efforts for community initiatives, helping us make this inaugural season a resounding success.
