When the Wall Street Journal attempted to derisively label us a "scruffy little city" in 1980, it had no idea that it had created a badge of honor that we would proudly wear in perpetuity. Now you can literally wear our mountain town's favorite moniker. The Scruffy City design incorporates One Knoxville Sporting Club's seven-color palette in a mosaic featuring our beloved Smoky Mountains.
